The International Capital Markets Services Association was established in December 1994 to provide a focal point for organisations providing Paying Agency and similar services in the International Capital Markets.  The Association continues to represent the majority of Paying Agent banks in the market.

ICMSA engaged Xtranet to develop its new brand and create off & online media to support the new brand; these include logo, standard documentation, letterhead & business cards as well as the website.
